Payments

DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN EXPLICITLY INSTRUCTED TO USE THIS WEB PAGE FOR MAKING A PAYMENT.  Before making any payment please contact our firm to discuss the terms of representation.

J. Gregory Salyards, Attorney at Law, LLC, requires a written fee agreement before agreeing to represent any client. Making payment without a fee agreement does not constitute an attorney-client relationship. Before making any payment, please contact the law firm so that a conflict check may be performed and a fee agreement can be emailed to you to sign prior to making payment. An Attorney-Client relationship is formed only upon the receipt by the law firm of a fully executed Fee Agreement.

For your convenience our attorneys accept payment through this secure PayPal service on our website. After speaking with an attorney simply click on the Buy Now button. You will be redirected to a secure PayPal payment page. There enter the amount you have been invoiced or quoted by one of our attorneys and proceed to checkout.

Payment Options:

For consultations: We accept payment for consultations by personal check, money order, cash, PayPal, or credit card.

Fees / non-bankruptcy cases: If your matter is not a bankruptcy case, we can accept payment of fees by personal check, credit card, PayPal, cash, money order, or cashier’s check.

Payment from third parties: Because it introduces a number of ethical issues, we generally do not accept third party payment of attorney’s fees. The third party should make a gift of the fee amount to the Client, who can then pay the fees.

Electronic payment: We offer payment by PayPal (online), checking account debit, or credit card (via PayPal or at our offices).
